Applicants who have accepted an offer of accommodation
Due to lockdown restrictions we have been unable to provide our usual services. As we resume activities to let homes our housing providers, like most organisations involved in the building trade, are experiencing some difficulties in sourcing some materials and government guidance is also being followed with regards to social distancing measures required when operating these trades.
If you have been offered a home through Durham Key Options you may, on some occasions, experience a delay while your home is being prepared, however, we are working very hard to complete the repairs as soon as possible so you can move in as soon as your home is ready.
We thank you for your patience and understanding and you will be contacted as soon as your home is available.
